    Works good for me. Eat a lot in the evening and I take this to help reduce my night time hunger. I only take 1/2 serving at night because if I dont I wont be able to sleep.

    was looking for something to help stop the cravings of wanting to eat all the time. I had read through some of the other reviews to see what the majority of the people trying it had to say . As you know there are a variety of things to choose from in trying to lose weight. I needed something that would not make me feel jittery or nauseous after taking especially when the directions say to take before eating a meal . I have to say that I am very pleased with my results thus far. Phenastin definitely reduce my appetite and I really didn't feel like eating after taking.  I would say that I tried without food and it was a little strong so I recommend to take with food or just take 1/2 dose. I have finished the bottle and will be buying another one to continue my 3 month plan. I have received so comments on my weight loss which is also nice to hear when you are working at being better . Very content and happy with my results
