Return Policy and Procedure
We understand that not all users will respond as well as others to Phenastin, so we offer a easy 30 day refund policy for those who feel that Phenastin did not work for them. To qualify for the refund you must request a return via our form within 30 days of the order date. All request made after the 30 days cannot be fulfilled.
In order to get a refund on the product portion of your order you simply have to follow these steps.
- Complete the form below to get a RMA (your original order number) if you don’t remember it or if you have already contacted customer service you will have been emailed a RMA number (your original order number) to use.
- Mail in your bottle or bottles to the address below. You must include your RMA ( RMA is your order number ) in the shipping address, failure to do so may disqualify your from a return.

Please note when mailing back your bottle(s) you must at minimum send them back using USPS first class mail with tracking or any other service provider like UPS or Fedex with tracking capabilities. If you do not send with tracking we can not confirm your return and you will not receive a refund. In addition you might want to add insurance to your shipment as lost packages that are not received by us do not quality for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process a refund on the product portion of your order. As per our policy customers are responsible for return shipping and we do not refund shipping cost, only the product cost. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process and show on your credit card statement. If you used PayPal a refund will usually show up within 24 hours of us receiving your return.
All orders placed for 1 bottle will receive a full refund on the product cost whether its open or not. If you placed an order for more than 1 bottle, you must return the additional bottles unopened in order to receive a refund on them. If you return more than 1 bottle opened you will receive a full refund on 1 bottle and only 50% refund on any additional opened bottles.
You have 30 days from the order date to request a return. We do not need to receive the return within 30 days but you must have contacted us before the 30 days and received a RMA number in order to qualify for the return. If you contact us past the 30 day window we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
