What If I don’t receive the completed email?
- You can login to your account and view the status of your order
- You can visit the order tracking page and enter your order number and email and you can get an update on your order including tracking.

If you notice any incorrect information for your order like address or product please email cs@phenastin.com immediately as orders during the week are processed and shipped fairly quickly and we will not be able to make changes once an order has shipped.
