Phenastin Original a potent weight loss aid developed to help those looking to shed excess weight. Phenastin Original is sold as a dietary supplement.

There is no known common ill side effects from using Phenastin.   Although each person reacts differently to any supplement, most users do not have side effects such as jitters, nausea or headaches.

There are many prescribed medications so we can not say that it’s okay to take with prescribed medication.  We always recommend that you consult your healthcare professional before taking Phenastin if you are on prescribed medication for heart, mental health or any other major medical issue.

Phenastin is best taken two times per day with food. Take 1 caplet in the morning and 1 caplet in the afternoon with meals. For best results incorporate with a healthy diet and exercise routine. 1 caplet is 1 serving and never consume 3 caplets or more at once and never exceed 3 caplets within a day (24 hour period).

Phenastin is for adults 18 years and older.  It can be taking by anyone who is looking to loose 1lb – 50lbs. Phenastin is not intended for childen, people with severe health problems, pregnant or nursing mothers. Always consult a health care professional before taking a weight loss supplement.

All orders placed before 12:00 pm pst Mon – Fri will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We ship using USPS in most cases and most orders are delivered in the US within 3-7 business days. If you choose different options for shipping, their estimates are shown on the cart page.

Please remember that orders placed after cut off on Friday and over the weekend don’t ship until the following Monday. 

All orders receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email with order confirmation or tracking please notify us by using the contact form here.

If you are located outside the US, the transit times will vary and you can view the USPS website to determine those times.  You can also email customer service with any questions about international orders.

Yes.  We can ship to most countries and do offer international shipping via USPS.  Shipping cost for international orders are based on a flat rate of $15 per order.

If for any reason within the first 30 days you feel the product in not meeting your goals, you can return the bottle(s) for a full refund (minus shipping). Customers are also responsible for shipping the bottle back to us.  To request a refund, please go to the customer service link above and request refund. Orders for samples cannot be refunded.

If you ordered more than 1 bottle, you must return the additional bottle(s) unopened in order to get a full refund on them.  For orders that are returned with more than 1 bottle opened, there will be a 50% refund provided on the extra opened bottle(s) but the first bottle will get a full refund.

When returning bottles be sure to use a service with tracking (we recommend USPS First Class Mail with tracking) and be sure to insure the items.  We are not responsible for lost return shipments and no refunds can be applied for lost shipments.  For this reason we highly recommend you insure your return to protect yourself.
