If for any reason within the first 30 days you feel the product in not meeting your goals, you can return the bottle(s) for a full refund (minus shipping). Customers are also responsible for shipping the bottle back to us. To request a refund, please go to the customer service link above and request refund. Orders for samples cannot be refunded.
If you ordered more than 1 bottle, you must return the additional bottle(s) unopened in order to get a full refund on them. For orders that are returned with more than 1 bottle opened, there will be a 50% refund provided on the extra opened bottle(s) but the first bottle will get a full refund.
When returning bottles be sure to use a service with tracking (we recommend USPS First Class Mail with tracking) and be sure to insure the items. We are not responsible for lost return shipments and no refunds can be applied for lost shipments. For this reason we highly recommend you insure your return to protect yourself.
